Misha Tahir  (b.1994)

Having worked with a range of start-up clients, non-profit organizations, cultural institutions, and freelance artist friends, Misha has learned to create a resourceful and fast paced environment. She would describe her style as thoughtful, abstract, and contemporary, with a thorough bed of critical thinking as the foundation for all her work. On a creative level, she most enjoys research (are.na) and multidisciplinary development. On a personal level, she's most inspired by good music, the prolific notes of Octavia Butler, and the video diaries her talented friend Sophie makes.

If you would like to understand her process a bit more thoroughly, take a minute (or ~30) to listen to her go through her senior design thesis, cultural assimilation, and the relationship between empathy and design on the podcast Work In Progress
