MESURA | A MODEL FOR CREATIVITY

BRANDING, WEB, ART DIRECTION

Strategy: Alex Tan
Creative: Ben Mingo, Misha Tahir
Motion: John Burgess

Mesura, a renowned Barcelona-based architecture practice, has spent the last decade designing exceptional spaces. Eager to evolve, they turned to us for a bold new brand strategy, recognizing that “Architecture and design extend far beyond the physical structure, often influencing other disciplines.” Over the course of 1.5 years, I worked on the project from strategy visualization through design, helping reposition Mesura as a transformative force. By highlighting their unique processes as essential pillars of their brand, we helped redefine Mesura, shifting them from a traditional architectural firm to a creative powerhouse.

APPLE | SCREENS TEAM

N.D.A. CLASSIFIED

Senior Designer: Misha Tahir
Team Lead: Luis Coderque

In the year 2024, our world is built on screens. As a part of Apple’s multifaceted screens team, my job is to play into just that. Often described as “dressing up” our products, the creative takes life through the what’s shown on the screen of Apple products. Results are displayed globally, revealing themselves at WWDC, on the apple website, across retail, and eventally finding their way around the world to every place an Apple device is shown.

505 STATE | FIRST ALL ELECTRIC SKYSCRAPER IN NEW YORK

BRANDING, WEB, CREATIVE DIRECTION

Creative Director: Alex Tan
Strategy: Jason Annas
Designers: Ben Mingo, Misha Tahir

Located in Downtown Brooklyn, 505 State Street is New York’s first all-electric skyscraper, setting a new standard for sustainable living. Partnering with Alloy, we reimagined the apartment rental experience, addressing common frustrations like inflexibility and overwhelming information. Our approach centered around making sustainable living effortless and fostering a sense of community. From integrated appliances to bike-friendly infrastructure, we focused on details that enhance everyday life. This vision informed our brand and leasing site design, simplifying the experience with key features like isometric floor plans, side-by-side unit comparisons, and dynamic light simulations. 505 State Street is a step toward more meaningful, sustainable urban living.
